2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to see how many people visit, which pages are useful and how often the "Book online" buttons are used. It records the pages you view, your approximate location (city level), your device and browser, and the website or search that brought you here. We do not send Google your name, email address or phone number.
- Our Google Analytics setup turns off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.
- Google keeps the detailed data according to the retention setting in our account, and never longer than its 14-month maximum.
- Google may process this information in the United States and other countries.

3. Other tools that do not set cookies
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare, which delivers this website, measures how quickly pages load. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or other browser storage for this and does not store your IP address for this service.
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces are downloaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
- Google "preferred source" button. On blog articles, a button from Google News lets you add this website as a preferred source in Google search. It loads from Google's servers, and Google may use its own cookies under its own policies if you are signed in to Google.
4. Links to other services
"Book online" opens DocketPro's scheduling page. The LTB hearing-room directory links to Zoom through bit.ly short links. Links also go to Tribunals Ontario, the Government of Ontario and LinkedIn. Those services have their own cookies and privacy policies, which apply once you follow the link.
5. What we don't use
We don't use advertising cookies, social media pixels or tools that follow you to other websites.
