Before becoming licensed, Ian worked in lease review and contract negotiation with a property management group (2005–2009), gaining practical knowledge of real estate contracts. Between 2009 and 2012, he trained at the criminal law chambers of Leora Shemesh, where he was mentored in courtroom advocacy and client service.
